Die Wurzeln von avintos AG, einem führenden Schweizer Systemlieferanten im Bereich hochwertige Industriearmaturen und Schlauchleitungen für die Prozess- und Life Science Industrie, gehen bis auf die 60er Jahre zurück. Avintos UltraPure entwickelt und liefert single-use Systeme und Schläuche für die pharmazeutische und biotechnologische Industrie.
In Zusammenarbeit mit carbon-connect AG wurde für 2019 und die Folgejahre ein Corporate Carbon Footprint (Scope 3) berechnet und nicht vermeidbare CO2-Emissionen über ein Klimaschutzprojekt kompensiert sowie ausgeglichen. Avintos AG arbeitet so zu 100% klimaneutral.

In addition to the machinery industry, avintos AG supplies the chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food and power generation industries as a total solution provider. Avintos UltraPure develops and supplies single-use systems and tubing for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
In cooperation with carbon-connect AG, a corporate carbon footprint (Scope 3) was calculated for 2019 and the following years and unavoidable carbon emissions were compensated and offset via a climate protection project. Avintos AG thus operates 100% carbon-neutral.
